Cancellation Policy

1. General Terms Welcome to our online Erhu Group Lessons. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of our Erhu Group Lessons ("Lessons"). By enrolling in the Lessons, you, the student ("Student"), agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a binding contractual agreement between you and Jeffrey Pai, the lesson provider ("Provider"). 2. Payment and Access Participants enrolled in the Lessons acknowledge that they will be charged a monthly membership fee. The amount of the fee will be clearly indicated at the time of registration and must be paid to secure participation in the Lessons. The fee is billed on a recurring monthly basis on the date of your initial enrolment. 3. No Refunds All sales of Lessons are final. Refunds are not available for any Lessons purchased, except as required by applicable law. 4. Cancellations and No-Shows If you fail to attend a scheduled lesson ("No-Show"), the lesson will be deemed to have been delivered, and you will not be entitled to a refund or any rescheduling option. Cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. 5. Intellectual Property All lesson materials, including videos, music sheets, and recordings, are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Members have access for personal, non-commercial use only and must not reproduce, distribute, or upload these materials in any form. 6. Use of Recordings The Provider has exclusive rights to use lesson recordings for marketing, promotions, or other public displays. 7. Limitation of Liability The Provider shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Lessons beyond the amount paid for such Lessons. 8. Changes to Terms The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of the Lessons after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes. 9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Provider operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 10.
